Swan Court York
A prominent building in the centre of York, the former White Swan Hotel overlooks one end of Parliament Square. It has been largely unoccupied and become increasingly delapidated in the past 30 years.
It now houses 18 affordable flats on the upper three floors, and accommodates a shop and restaurant on the ground floor.
