CoHo role
CoHo facilitated the agreement between the building owners, City of York Council and Thirteen Housing Group, in order to allow for 18 affordable flats to be created on the upper floors. These are now leased to Tees Valley Housing Association (part of Thirteen Group) and managed by City of York Council.
CoHo provided a Client Project Management service for Thirteen Group throughout the development process.
